President Alvi invites Ethiopian businessmen to invest in Pakistan.

President Dr. Arif Alvi has expressed that Pakistan attaches great significance to its ties with Ethiopia and wants to expand commercial and trade relations to benefit both nations. The President said this while speaking to Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Ethiopia, Shozab Abbas.

The President asked the ambassador to encourage Ethiopian investors to invest in Pakistan. He said Pakistan provides excellent foreign investment opportunities given its investment-friendly trade policy.

Passport Renewal

The Government of Pakistan has launched an Online Passport Renewal System through E-Service. Applications will be handled by the MRP Section of the High Commission.

Visa

All visitors to Pakistan require visas. The only exceptions are nationals from Djibouti and Kenya and travellers who arrive in International Airport to catch a connecting flight.

Attestation

Requirements for Attestation and Legalisation of documents vary depending upon nationality of the executant and origin of the document.


Police Verifications

Pakistan High Comission provides Police Verification and Character Certificates. Applicants needs to bring the required documents.
